Colleges Are Told to Improve Financial Practices to Cope With Downturn
A panel of financial and higher-education officials warned colleges and universities to rethink their financial practices as they navigate the economic recession, by improving financial disclosures, working closer with trustees, and adopting more-diverse investment strategies.
