College in Florida Sues Its Accreditor
Edward Waters College has sued the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, which decided in December to revoke the college's accreditation, in an effort to reverse the decision. The historically black college, located in Jacksonville, Fla., filed suit this month after learning that its appeal to the accreditor to change the decision had failed.
