College Students Prefer Kerry to Bush, Survey Finds
College students favor Sen. John Kerry over President Bush by a wide margin, and the preference is stronger among likely student voters in 14 battleground states, according to the results of a poll released in mid-October by Harvard University's Institute of Politics.
The institute conducts a poll of students' political attitudes every six months, and the most recent results were culled from telephone interviews with 1,202 students selected at random. Over all, respondents favored
