College Leaders, After 'Dodging a Bullet,' Plan Next Accreditation Battles

The great college accountability war has finally reached an armistice, after three years of fighting, and the sides are back in their bunkers.
College leaders said at a daylong conference on accreditation on Monday that they expected to continue to face plenty of new challenges to the way they run their institutions, regardless of who is in the White House come January.
But, as those leaders made clear again, they don’t see the war as over.
