Presidents of NCAA Division I colleges agree on a plan to share the wealth more widely

The big-time institutions that control college football reached an agreement with their slightly smaller peers last week that will add a fifth game to the Bowl Championship series, giving the little guys a few more shots at the most lucrative postseason contests.
