Collaborative Efforts in Distance Education May Not Be Good Models for the Future

I am writing in response to the article "2 Models for Collaboration in Distance Education" (May 19).
First, let me say that the Southern Regional Education Board is doing a fine job of accomplishing their mission. However, the comparison of Western Governors University and the S.R.E.B. failed to make clear the significant differences between the two entities.
