Coalition for Scientific Research Likes Its Well-Connected Lobbyist

A coalition of universities has helped podesta.com become one of Washington's biggest lobbyists.
The Science Coalition, a group of about 60 institutions organized to get more federal money spent on research, was one of the firm's major new clients last year. With the addition, podesta.com has doubled its billings in the last four years.
