Clinton's New Science Adviser Says Information-Technology Research Is a Priority
President Clinton's new top adviser for science and technology said last week that spending more on research would have a great payoff for the nation.
"I think that we're underutilizing the intellectual resources of the country," Neal F. Lane said at his first press briefing in the job.
