Christian University Sues Colorado Commission
A religious university in Colorado filed a federal lawsuit last month against the state's higher-education coordinating board, arguing that the Christian institution should be allowed to take part in the state's new financing system for higher education.
In the lawsuit, which was filed in the U.S. District Court in Denver, Colorado Christian University argued that Colorado laws that deny state aid to students who attend "pervasively sectarian" institutions violate the U.S.
