Chicago State U. President Says She Will Resign
The oft-criticized president of Chicago State University, Elnora D. Daniel, has announced that she will step down at the end of June, when her contract expires.
Ms. Daniel's 10-year reign at Chicago State was rife with controversy, especially about her spending.
