Charleston Southern U. Criticized for Treatment of Professors
The American Association of University Professors released a report last week backing a faculty member's charge that Charleston Southern University violated his rights to due process and academic freedom when it dismissed him in December 1999 after he spoke at a memorial service for a colleague and criticized the university for the way it had treated its faculty.
