Chapel Hill Trustees Vote to Raise Tuition to Increase Faculty Pay
The Board of Trustees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill approved a controversial plan last week to nearly double in-state undergraduate tuition over five years to help increase faculty salaries at the state's flagship campus.
