Changes in Education in Arab Emirates

Recently there has been some criticism of the system of higher education in the United Arab Emirates ("Arab-Emirates Report Criticizes Universities," February 13). Critics claim, possibly with some justification, that the UAE system of higher education has been producing unemployable graduates.
