Canadian Universities Increase Research Support and Income From Technology Transfer
Canadian universities are on track to fulfill their promise to double financial support for campus research and to triple their gross income from commercializing discoveries by 2010, according to a report issued last month.
It is the first attempt by the higher-education sector to show the value of a multibillion-dollar rise in government spending on university research.
