Canadian Plan Would Ease Credit Transfer
Administrators of Canadian postsecondary institutions are considering a national plan that would make it easier for students to transfer educational credits from one institution to another, from province to province, and also from outside Canada.
The plan, proposed by the Canadian Alliance of Education and Training Organizations, would be phased in over the next four years if the postsecondary institutions agree to it.
