Canadian Liberal-Arts Graduates Fare Well in Job Market, Study Finds
Canadians who earn university degrees in the humanities and social sciences land well-paying jobs and experience less unemployment than those with only a community-college or vocational education, according to a study released last week.
Sponsored by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, one of Canada's three federal agencies that finance research, the study challenges growing public skepticism
