Canadian Colleges Fret Over 'Brawn Drain'
You've heard about brain drain. Now meet "brawn drain."
Canadian universities are fretting that while they bicker over whether they should offer athletics scholarships, they are losing their star athletes to the United States, where colleges have no compunction about offering such incentives to play, says The Toronto Star.
