Canada Jails Student for Using Fake Documents
A Canadian court has sent a foreign student to jail and given him a fine for using fake documents to try to stay in Canada. Authorities believe this is one of the first successful prosecutions involving such fraudulent material, signaling a crackdown on visa fraud.
