California Student to Plead Guilty to Sending Hate E-Mail
A student at California State Polytechnic University here was expected to plead guilty this week to seven misdemeanor charges of sending threatening e-mail messages to dozens of people with Hispanic surnames, including college professors and students.
Kingman Quon, a senior, has admitted using a fake address to send threatening and hateful e-mail messages to 42 faculty members at California State University at Los Angeles, 25 students
