California Scientist Heads for Britain to Continue Stem-Cell Research; Founder of Pioneering Electronic Archive Leaves Los Alamos for Cornell
JUMPING SHIP: With uncertainty shrouding the future of stem-cell research in America, a leading scientist has found clearer sailing across the waters. Roger A. Pedersen, 56, is leaving the University of California at San Francisco for the less restrictive British regulatory climate at the University of Cambridge. He will move to Cambridge this summer.
