U. of California Professor Asks Court to Dismiss South Korean Researcher's Libel Suit

A professor at the University of California at Irvine asked a California court this week to dismiss a lawsuit against him, brought by a prominent South Korean researcher, who accused the American of defamation over statements he made this year in a commentary in a medical newspaper.
