Calif. 2-Year Colleges Face Enrollment Flap
Community colleges across California are putting high-school coaches on the payroll and counting high-school team practices and workouts as college-level courses delivered to college students, thereby inflating their enrollments, according to an investigative series published last month by The Orange County Register.
