Business Schools Irrelevant, Article Says
Business schools are "institutionalizing their own irrelevance" by focusing on scientific research rather than real-life business practices, according to a blistering critique of M.B.A. programs in the May issue of the Harvard Business Review.
The article, "How Business Schools Lost Their Way," was written by Warren G. Bennis and James O'Toole, both prominent professors at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
