Business School Gets $60-Million Donation
A multimillionaire alumnus of Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of Management, will give the Arizona-based institution $60-million, the school announced last week.
In honor of the gift, from Samuel S. Garvin and his wife, Rita, the school will be renamed Thunderbird, the Garvin School of International Management. The money will be used to expand international-management programs.
