Bush's Science Adviser Rebuts Allegations That Research Findings Have Been Manipulated

The Bush administration struck back at its critics among academic scientists this month, as the president's science adviser unveiled a detailed rebuttal to a February report by the Union of Concerned Scientists. The report had accused administration officials of misrepresenting scientific findings to advance their policy objectives.
