I read "Colleges Retain Their Part of the Broadcast Spectrum" (The Chronicle, June 25) and was infuriated by the reference to the Instructional Television Fixed Service as an "unused portion of the broadcast spectrum." Many institutions, including mine, fully utilize their licensed bandwidth. ...
