British Universities Are Told to 'Identify and Confront' Extremists
Britain's education minister told a gathering of university leaders this month that they must be more vigilant in combating extremists and should "identify and confront" people on their campuses who pose threats.
"Higher-education institutions need to identify and confront unacceptable behavior on their premises and within their community," Ruth Kelly, secretary of state for education and skills, said in the keynote address to members of Universities UK at the group's annual conference
