Britain Asks Colleges to Fight Anti-Semitism
In a new report, the British government expresses concern over a "rising tide of anti-Semitic discourse and anti-Semitism on university campuses" and asks universities to do a better job of dealing with the problem.
Phil Woolas, minister for race and faith relations in the Department for Communities and Local Government, expressed concern not just about overt acts of racism or anti-Semitism, but over "the tone of the general discourse."
