Bowl Championship Series Signs Deal With Fox

Four of the five top college-football bowl games will be televised, starting in 2007, by Fox Sports under a deal announced last month. The deal keeps the Bowl Championship Series alive and preserves a plan to extend access to the top tier of bowl games beyond the usual powerhouse teams that have dominated the series.
