Bowdoin College Drops TIAA-CREF
Bowdoin College has terminated its relationship with TIAA-CREF as a retirement-plan provider, citing concerns about its "record keeping and other issues."
The decision, which went into effect on April 1, appears to have been based on some of the same concerns about record keeping and customer service that the University of Minnesota cited when severing its ties with the financial-services organization in 2007.
