Boston College Art Museum to Display a Caravaggio

A famous painting by Italian Baroque artist Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio is making its North American debut this month at Boston College's McMullen Museum of Art.

The work, "The Taking of Christ," is the centerpiece of the exhibit, "Saints and Sinners: Caravaggio and the Baroque Image," which closes May 24. The painting is usually displayed at the National Gallery of Ireland.
