Body-Part Art Splits College
When Northwestern Connecticut Community-Technical College opened an art exhibit this fall that included detailed sculptures of human body parts, including genitalia, it didn't cause much of a stir. That is, until college officials ordered its removal in October.
Students and faculty members cried censorship, and now they're circulating petitions to keep the exhibit open.
