Board Fires Chancellor of Community College in Louisiana
The chancellor of Baton Rouge Community College was fired in August, after months of tension between him and staff members. Marion Bonaparte had been accused of mismanaging the college by the Board of Trustees, but he attributes his dismissal to bias against him as a black administrator.
