Blackboard Starts New Legal Battles in Course-Software War
Blackboard Inc. opened a new front in its battle against rival Desire2Learn at the end of April, filing a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission that seeks to block the import of the Canadian company's software products because of alleged patent infringement.
