Bitextual Me
I'm bitextual. The term is not mine—it was applied to me by a friend—but I embrace it as an apt description of my conflicted textuality. Like most professors, I dutifully pursue writing projects of a scholarly nature. But I also write fiction—novels, stories, parodies, and short pieces of humor.
