Bioethics Panel Criticizes Federal Rules on Research Subjects
Echoing the findings of several government panels, a group of experts has concluded that people who participate in medical experiments are not adequately protected from the risks involved in the research.
In the December 9 issue of The Journal of the American Medical Association, the Human Research Ethics Group criticized as outdated the federal regulations designed to insure the safety of people who volunteer
