Between Gigs, Megadeth Rocker Studies Online for the Lutheran Ministry
David Ellefson once tried to get a traditional college education. It didn't work out.
Mr. Ellefson, bassist in the heavy-metal band Megadeth, underestimated his own fame. "As soon as I walk in the door" of the community college in Scottsdale, Ariz., "the first kids I see have Megadeth T-shirts on," he recalls. It "was like walking into our concerts."
