Berkeley's Chancellor Attacks Regent for Publicly Questioning Admissions Practices
The chancellor of the University of California at Berkeley has harshly criticized the chairman of the university system's Board of Regents for releasing a report that suggested that Berkeley was turning away too many applicants with high standardized-test scores in favor of students with weaker academic qualifications.
