Berkeley Set to Recognize Graduate Students' Union
Berkeley, California -- The University of California at Berkeley has promised to recognize its graduate students' union if the union agrees not to strike until the eligibility of its members to bargain collectively is decided by a California State court. The agreement is expected to be ratified by the 3,200-member union this week.
