Berkeley Ends Hunger Strike With Promise to Hire More Ethnic-Studies Professors

The ethnic-studies department at the University of California at Berkeley will finally get a chance to hire some faculty members, after a month-long protest ended with administrators agreeing to nearly all of the students' demands.
