Bennington President Fires a Professor Who Criticized Her Fiercely and Openly
Bennington College has fired a philosophy professor who criticized the institution's president, canceling the professor's courses midterm.
In an interview, Elizabeth Coleman, the Vermont college's president, said Carlin Romano was fired because he had been very late in completing evaluations of students' work each term.
