Basic Books Plans a New 'Big Think' Series; 'Boston Review' Hopes to Make an Imprint
BIG-THINK BOOKS: The moniker "A New America Book, Published by Basic Books, a Member of the Perseus Books Group" might not be the catchiest of locutions, but it will soon denote a new series. As part of a joint venture, Basic Books and the New America Foundation will publish a projected 8 to 10 titles annually -- a mix of "big think" books, works of contemporary history, and public-policy studies.
