Something's rotten in the state of New York, and researchers at Cornell University's Waste Management Institute intend to keep it that way.
Faced with tens of thousands of deer that are hit by automobiles in the state each year, Cornell researchers are promoting an economical and environmentally friendly way to handle the carcasses: composting.
