Authorities at Virginia Tech, still stumped about a motive for the recent shootings, are distributing a questionnaire asking students about Seung-Hui Cho and his first victim. The Associated Press reported that students in the dormitory where the massacre began are being asked about their interactions with Mr. Cho and if they knew the first student he killed, Emily Hilscher. —David L.
