Austrian University Will Attempt to Reform Skinheads; Russian Spokesman Charges London School of Economics With Supplying Terrorists in Chechnya
An Austrian university is going to try to rehabilitate skinheads.
In March, 10 skinheads will attend evening classes at Johannes Kepler University, in Linz, to learn about democracy.
All have been charged with crimes, such as vandalism or assault, and with glorifying Nazism, also a criminal offense in Austria. Under a pilot project, agreed to by the local prosecutor and the university, the charges will be dropped if the accused attend the course in good faith. The 15-hour "open
