Australia Falling Behind in Science, Report Says
The chief science adviser to the Australian government reported last month that the country is falling behind in federal and private support for science, engineering, and technology.
Robin Batterham, the adviser, called for more postgraduate fellowships, research grants, and corporate investment in research.
