Auditor Finds Disarray at Kentucky State U.
Kentucky State University has been chastised by the state's auditor, and could be subjected to federal investigations, as a result of major problems in its financial operations during the 1999 fiscal year.
In a report released in April, Edward B. Hatchett Jr., Kentucky's auditor of public accounts, said that the historically black public college's records for the 1999 fiscal year were in such disarray that he was precluded from offering an opinion on its compliance with applicable laws
