Athletic Eligibility for Freshmen

It is difficult to understand the grounds on which David Goldfield would appeal the judge's ruling on the use of a minimum SAT score for freshman eligibility for participating in the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I sports ("Weaker N.C.A.A.
