Athletes' Graduation Rates Hold Steady at 77 Percent, NCAA Data Show
Athletes in the nation's biggest college-sports programs continue to graduate at high levels, with more than three-quarters of all players who entered college in the academic years from 1997 to 2000 graduating within six years of enrolling, according to data released last week by the National Collegiate Athletic Association.
