At a Religious Black College, the Internet Is Seen as a Tool and a Temptation
Jermaine Keelen's parents wouldn't let him use the Internet until the middle of his senior year in high school. There was no online connection at home, and at school students weren't allowed to log on without signed parental permission.
Today, as a freshman at Huston-Tillotson College, he sees the Internet
